Tony Ryan lives in Arnhem Land, in the north of Australia. He has had diverse careers in education, unionism, journalism, cattle, landscaping, welfare, research, Aboriginal development, tourism, and real estate spanning a half century in Australia's tropical Top End. He is currently re-establishing an Aboriginal Homeland community in Arnhem Bay whilst assisting independent Aboriginal politician Yingiya Guyula; was thus engaged when he stumbled over evidence of covert US military presence.
